Stephanie Lipsey, is a modern Proverbs 31 woman, and wife of Pastor Kevin L. Lipsey Sr., the mother of two children, two bonus-children and two grandchildren; and an entrepreneur of multiple brands.
Stephanie has become highly decorated in her field of business and beauty, mastering the Hair Industry for 25+ years.

The Early Years
​
With over 25 years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist, I strive to embody professionalism and excellence in every aspect of my work. My passion for styling began as a teenager, when I would experiment with my friends' hair. This early interest led me to pursue cosmetology in 1992 at Macon Beauty School, where I received training in cutting techniques under the Pivot Point system.
After passing the State Board of Cosmetology exam and becoming licensed, I set my sights on Atlanta, GA, and relocated from Macon to further my career.
Within four years, I opened my own salon, *All About U! Hair Designs*, which I ran for 10 successful years. During that time, I employed up to four stylists and a braider. As I continued to grow in my field, I sought to expand my knowledge and became a certified platform artist and instructor with Avalon, where I taught fellow stylists for two years.
In 2008, after transitioning to natural hair myself, I discovered a deep passion for working with natural textures. As I honed my skills and learned new techniques for caring for and styling natural hair, clients began to refer to me as having “growing hands,” a testament to my expertise and dedication to nurturing healthy, beautiful hair.

New Beginnings

After a personal health scare, I felt a powerful calling to fully dedicate myself to teaching women how to care for their hair naturally using a variety of natural treatments and products. My passion quickly evolved into helping clients achieve healthy hair and guiding them in developing effective at-home hair care regimens to meet their individual goals.
As co-owner of *Replenish Salon* in Atlanta, I flourished in an environment that felt like a natural, God-given fit. I loved motivating others and became deeply passionate about both natural hair and overall wellness. After nine incredible years, during which our salon was recognized as the #1 Natural Hair Salon in Atlanta, we made the decision to close and pursue our individual paths.
Today, at Stephanie Lipsey Textured Haircare, I offer personalized, one-on-one services in an intimate setting, where I share my expertise with a diverse range of clients. Additionally, I use my platform to educate aspiring stylists on natural hair care, business strategies, and how to navigate the complexities of today’s marketplace.
Mentoring and Ministry

When Stephanie's not handling salon business, she assists her husband in ministry. Together they have authored a book entitled "The Importance of Waiting on God" and are currently pre-releasing their new book, "Married in 28 Days!"
Within her call to ministry, Stephanie have also been commissioned by God to assist singles, and married women in establishing cohesiveness and balance in their marital relationships. She also teach principles of faith when merging both business and career, with relationship to Jesus Christ.
Stephanie definitely is an influencer to the likes of many through her example, and is currently writing her second book detailing her journey as a business owner, life trials and triumphs, and teaching important keys to success.
