Stephanie Lipsey, is a modern Proverbs 31 woman, and wife of Pastor Kevin L. Lipsey Sr., the mother of two children, two bonus-children and two grandchildren; and an entrepreneur of multiple brands.
Stephanie has become highly decorated in her field of business and beauty, mastering the Hair Industry for 25+ years.

The Early Years
A licensed cosmetologist for over 25 years, I try to be the model of professionalism and excellence. Starting with a desire to style my friends hair as a teenager, I decided to pursue cosmetology in 1992 at Macon Beauty School, where I was trained to cut hair under the Pivot Point system.
After completing the State Board of Cosmetology test and licensed; I set my sights on a move from Macon, GA to Atlanta.
Within four years, I opened a salon named,"All About U! Hair Designs," which was in operation for 10 years, and employed up to four stylists and a Braider, at subsequent times.
Later, I developed a desire to further my education and pursued an opportunity to become a certified platform artist/instructor for the company Avalon, where I instructed stylists for two years. Exploring the many roles as a hairstylist, I was drawn to Natural hair, after transitioning to natural hair in 2008. Once learning techniques and how to treat hair naturally, people started to say I was one with "Growing Hands."

New Beginnings
Shortly, after a health scare which occurred in my life, I felt lead to fully commit to teaching women how to care for their hair naturally with various natural treatments and products. My passion quickly became one of producing Healthy hair and assisting clients with their at-home regimen and hair goals.
As co-owner of Replenish Salon in Atlanta, I began to thrive in my natural God-gifted environment.
I really enjoy motivating others and I'm passionate about natural hair and wellness. Currently, I offer one-on-one services in a intimate setting, sharing my expertise with the likes of many. I also use my platform to educate upcoming stylists in Natural Hair Care, Business strategies, and teach women how to navigate in a complex marketplace.
To further my passion for healthy hair, I co-own and assisted in developing "Naturally Replenish- Hair Care Line!" I wanted to create hair products that focused on plant based ingredients to not only strengthen but make the foundational elements to healthy hair available to all!

Mentoring and Ministry
When Stephanie's not handling salon business, she assists her husband in ministry. Together they have authored a book entitled "The Importance of Waiting on God" and are currently pre-releasing their new book, "Married in 28 Days!"
Within her call to ministry, Stephanie have also been commissioned by God to assist singles, and married women in establishing cohesiveness and balance in their marital relationships. She also teach principles of faith when merging both business and career, with relationship to Jesus Christ.
Stephanie definitely is an influencer to the likes of many through her example, and is currently writing her second book detailing her journey as a business owner, life trials and triumphs, and teaching important keys to success.
